As some of you might or might not know I am back in the Netherlands. Which is also the reason this blog hasnt been updating as you would expect. The reason I am back in the Netherlands is that I broke up with the girl I had been living together with for the past 3,5 years or so. What’s done is done and I am starting up my new life here in the Netherlands again. I am currently living at my folks’ place but I will be moving out in less then a month. Thereafter I will be living in Hoofddorp temporarily.
I am still working. I had a period of time that my work suffered under all that has happened but fortunately I am picking up the pieces right now and my company; FORTHEWHIN is going full blown at the moment. I will be working from home, something I always wanted. As you might remember I was blessed enough to have a job at SUPERSTUDIO in Sweden and I even did two national television commercials there. I am super proud of my work I pulled off there even though I left behind everything that was familiar to me. I hoped people would have seen that this was not an easy transition for me. It’s you against the world and you will all die alone.
Right when I got back from Sweden I was asked by some old friends to join the band ‘Good Things’. I was super stoked and grabbed the chance. I am really happy to be playing again and can’t wait to perform live for all of you. Also, I met a lot of new people who I learn from everyday. Not in a way that they are giving me lectures or anything like that, no, simply because of their actions and thought. I am learning to listen more carefully to what other have to say about love, life and friends. It helps a lot.
And yes ofcourse it was summer. Hung out pretty much every single day with my pals, got to as much parties as possible and started a few ourselves. I miss the late summer nights that lasted till sunrise but the summer is about over. And what a summer it was. This might sound strange but this summer took my life and gave a brand new life back to me. Now I am ready to live it.
